About the role
Lead design, development, and testing of components for Endoluminal instruments and steerable catheter-based devices. Drive complex design challenges and project leadership through product development to commercialization.
What you’ll do
• Design, prototype, and optimize catheter components and subassemblies. • Evaluate designs for system performance and manufacturability. • Drive technical direction and trade-off decisions. • Collaborate cross functionally to define design requirements. • Mentor technicians and junior engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 6 years mechanical or catheter design experience. • Proficiency in CAD and prototyping methods. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with GD&T and design-for-manufacturing.
