About the role
Lead launch planning and execution by managing manifest, operational targets, and cross-team alignment. Use data and process engineering to optimize launch operations.
What you’ll do
• Support launch manifest planning and change management. • Provide daily visibility and monthly reviews of manifest performance. • Translate manifest into capacity and resource demand. • Develop and track key performance metrics. • Identify and implement process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics. • 2+ years in operations or manufacturing engineering. • 2+ years using data analysis tools like Power BI, Python, or R. • Willingness to travel up to 20% and work extended hours. • Able to pass Air Force background check.
