About the role
The Sr. Product Enablement Manager creates and manages user education content to improve product adoption and reduce user friction. This role acts as a liaison between Product and support teams to enhance user experience and product success.
What you’ll do
• Identify and prioritize user education needs. • Create in-app guidance, videos, and tutorials. • Evaluate training effectiveness and improve content. • Lead content and platform governance. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product enablement.
What you’ll bring
• Strong writing and editing skills. • Experience with digital adoption platforms, preferably Pendo. • Video production and content creation skills. • Ability to analyze product analytics and user feedback. • 5+ years in customer education or product training.
