About the role
Join Archer's Quality Engineering team to ensure flight test hardware meets safety and regulatory standards. Work hands-on with flight test crews to execute quality controls and inspections.
What you’ll do
• Inspect and disposition flight test airframe components and systems. • Support FAA conformity inspections and First Article Inspections. • Conduct MRB dispositions and root cause investigations. • Develop and maintain electronic inspection plans. • Verify hardware using GD&T and metrology tools.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in aerospace quality or manufacturing engineering. • Hands-on flight line or flight test center experience. • Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T and metrology. • Experience with AS19102 FAI, MRB, FAA inspections.
