About the role
Lead quality engineering for battery, electric motor, and powertrain assembly lines. Drive manufacturing quality and advanced process planning.
What you’ll do
• Support battery pack and powertrain assembly lines. • Lead APQP activities including PFMEAs and Control Plans. • Apply GD&T standards and perform dimensional inspections. • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Oversee product quality validation and first article inspections.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in battery, EV, or powertrain manufacturing quality. • Strong knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T and metrology tools. • Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, RCCA. • Familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP platforms.
