About the role
Lead reliability engineering to improve system observability, tooling, and automation. Ensure high availability and performance during peak loads and incidents.
What you’ll do
• Define and instrument SLOs and business-level monitors. • Lead capacity and resilience work for high-stakes events. • Build automated incident response pipelines. • Develop AI tools to reduce manual operational work. • Coach teams on debugging and reliability best practices.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in software or reliability engineering. • Strong software engineering and coding skills. • Experience with observability and SLO engineering. • Production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL. • Incident management and on-call experience.
