About the role
Responsible for administration, support, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and related SAP technologies. Partners with various teams to maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing SAP environment.
What you’ll do
• Perform day-to-day SAP BASIS administration and production support. • Monitor SAP systems, jobs, interfaces, logs, and performance. • Coordinate SAP RISE/ECS incidents and maintenance activities. • Execute upgrades, patching, SAP Notes, and kernel updates. • Manage SAP transports and system refreshes across environments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years SAP BASIS experience. • Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA and HANA production support. • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and hybrid landscapes. • Support ITGC/SOX controls, audit, change management, disaster recovery. • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
