About the role
The Senior Security Analyst triages MDR alerts, analyzes events, and recommends or implements response actions to mitigate cybersecurity threats effectively. They act as a subject matter expert on security platforms and handle client communications for high-severity incidents.
What you’ll do
• Initial triage of MDR alerts. • Participate in 24x7 monitoring of customer networks. • Analyze events, alerts, and threat intelligence. • Recommend and implement response actions. • Create and review playbooks and automations.
What you’ll bring
• At least 6 months SOC experience. • Security+ certification or equivalent. • Proficient with EDR and SIEM platforms. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to verify console protection actions.
