About the role

• Define and evolve architectural vision aligned with business strategy. • Lead cross-org initiatives for scale and system boundaries. • Establish quality and resilience patterns across teams. • Mentor senior technical leaders and foster engineering rigor. • Drive org-wide adoption of scalable practices and tools.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years software engineering experience with leadership. • Experience with Kotlin, Java or Go and system design. • Proficiency with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability tools. • Ability to drive architectural clarity and technical alignment. • Track record improving developer experience and system sustainability.
