About the role

What you’ll do
• Build and lead Ranger G&C team with mentorship and design reviews. • Own G&C development roadmap and align priorities with leadership. • Manage project scope, resources, schedules, and risk mitigation. • Define and deliver G&C architecture and control laws. • Lead integration between flight autonomy and mission autonomy.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in flight controls or autonomous aircraft development. • Experience leading engineering teams and technical roadmaps. • Expertise in flight dynamics and control law design. • Proficiency in C++, MATLAB, and Python. • Strong communication and technical judgment skills.
