About the role
Lead architecture and technical direction for cross-org platform initiatives. Own critical infrastructure projects and mentor senior engineers.
What you’ll do
• Own multi-quarter, cross-org platform initiatives. • Define architectural patterns and platform primitives. • Lead hands-on technical execution and debugging. • Coordinate rollouts across engineering orgs. • Mentor Staff and Senior engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years in Platform, Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles. • Expertise in Kubernetes/EKS and Istio service mesh. • Experience leading complex multi-quarter technical programs. • Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, or Java. • Ability to influence without direct authority.
