About the role
The Senior Strategic Data Analyst promotes a data-driven culture and leverages analytics to improve efficiency and support key decisions within Healthfirst Operations.
What you’ll do
• Generate insights using analytical tools for leadership decisions. • Develop repeatable analytics for department and executive leadership. • Design data models and dashboards for business information. • Develop and execute complex algorithms and predictive models. • Partner with IT and business teams to solve problems and identify trends.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Proficiency in scripting and programming. • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools. • Knowledge of applied statistics and predictive modeling. • Excellent communication and time management skills.
