About the role
Ensure suppliers meet quality, service, delivery, and cost requirements. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and business processes with suppliers and internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Manage complex supplier and manufacturing process changes. • Complete part qualification deliverables and lead supplier training. • Execute cost reduction and risk mitigation projects. • Drive supplier performance improvements using Lean and Six Sigma. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of supplier part qualifications and change controls. • Experience with Lean/6 Sigma/SPC programs at suppliers. • Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality variables. • Strong project management and communication skills. • BS in Engineering and 8+ years in Supplier Engineering.
