About the role
Provide first class technical support to Axon Fusus customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues while meeting performance goals.
What you’ll do
• Become expert on Axon Fusus apps, APIs, and roadmap. • Work with Video Management Systems and IP Cameras. • Assist Implementation team with geospatial setup. • Respond to customer support requests via email and phone. • Document work in CRM support tool.
What you’ll bring
• 1 year experience in information systems and networking. • Strong knowledge of enterprise network equipment. • Experience with security camera systems and VMS desired. • Working toward or completed technical college degree. • Certifications like Network+, Security+, Linux+. • Must pass CJIS background check and RCMP Clearance.
