About the role
Responsible for thermal design, test, and validation of Starlink hardware including antennas and semiconductor packages. Improve hardware performance in diverse environments using thermal analysis.
What you’ll do
• Thermal system design of phased arrays and wireless products. • Thermal design of semiconductor packages and simulations. • Devise and run tests for hardware performance validation. • Automate workflows to reduce design cycle effort. • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and RF teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • 5+ years experience in thermal analysis and modeling. • Preferred master's degree in engineering. • Experience with MATLAB, Python, Thermal Desktop, ANSYS. • Must be available for extended hours and weekends.
