About the role
Support day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure rewards processes are accurate, compliant, and timely.
What you’ll do
• Administer compensation and benefits programs. • Prepare analyses and reports for decision-making. • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders. • Support annual open enrollment and merit cycles. • Maintain HRIS data and ensure compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years Total Rewards experience. • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations. • Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency. • Exceptional communication and analytical skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
