About the role
Manage clinical trials in early oncology development ensuring compliance and quality data delivery. Lead local trial teams and coordinate study activities from start-up to closeout.
What you’ll do
• Manage local trial operations and compliance. • Collaborate on site selection and feasibility. • Lead local project planning and recruitment. • Monitor trial progress and implement corrective actions. • Support training and mentoring of trial staff.
What you’ll bring
• BA or BS in Life Sciences or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years clinical trial management experience. • Knowledge of drug development and regulatory requirements. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel occasionally.
