About the role
Serve as a strategic analytics partner for AI product teams to measure performance and impact. Shape experimentation and measurement strategies for AI-driven experiences.
What you’ll do
• Provide strategic partnership to AI Product stakeholders. • Own experimentation strategy for AI product launches. • Apply causal inference and quasi-experimental methods. • Define and own metrics frameworks and measurement plans. • Partner with ML teams to evaluate model performance.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in analytics or related field. • Bachelor's in quantitative field. • 5+ years designing and analyzing A/B tests. • Experience with ML model evaluation and data engineering. • Expert SQL and advanced Looker or Tableau skills.
