About the role
Perform Desktop and Field appraisal assignments and quality control reviews with high standards. Independently resolve quality control escalations and maintain appraisal expertise in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market.
What you’ll do
• Complete quality Desktop and Field appraisal assignments. • Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports. • Contact field appraisers to resolve revision requests. • Independently resolve quality control escalations. • Maintain understanding of USPAP, FNMA, and state regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Florida real estate appraiser license and certification. • Ability to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft software products. • Experience appraising broad range of property types. • High School Diploma/GED required, college preferred.
