About the role
Lead the evolution of Coupang's advertising system towards AI-first architecture. Design and build infrastructure supporting AI model training and evaluation.
What you’ll do
• Design and optimize NCA ad core systems. • Build infrastructure for AI model training and evaluation. • Deliver end-to-end AI/ML systems including offline and online components. • Drive AI-first transformation of ad system core modules.
What you’ll bring
• Strong background in computer science, math, or statistics. • Proficient in Java/Python and distributed system design. • Experience with AI/ML technologies and tools. • Familiar with deep learning frameworks and ad ML models. • Experience with low latency online inference systems.
