About the role
Join Tenstorrent's AI Hardware team to develop next-generation AI hardware by implementing and optimizing micro-architectures. Collaborate across hardware teams to improve performance and power efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Own technical area or subsystem and refine micro-architectural features. • Lead complex power, performance, area trade-offs and technical outcomes. • Drive alignment across RTL, DV, physical design, software, and architecture. • Identify failure modes and coordinate root-cause analysis. • Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Depth in digital design and micro-architecture. • Hands-on expertise in RTL, verification, implementation, and silicon debug. • Proficient in Verilog or SystemVerilog and synthesis interpretation. • Experience delivering complex ASIC or accelerator hardware. • Ability to lead design quality and provide technical direction.
