About the role
Provide advanced technical support to customers and teams across the UK. Deliver expert engineering solutions and mentor junior engineers.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. • Develop complex technical proposals and mentor engineers. • Conduct field troubleshooting and root cause analysis. • Meet customers onsite to resolve technical challenges. • Support customer orders through project lifecycle.
What you’ll bring
• Degree-qualified in Engineering or equivalent. • Extensive engineering experience in industrial environment. • Strong knowledge of process equipment and CAD software. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Experience mentoring junior engineers.
