About the role
Build scalable ML platforms for ranking, recommendation, and business decision making. Serve complex ML models in real time to improve customer search and discovery.
What you’ll do
• Design large-scale ML models for ad targeting and ranking. • Implement ML systems for search ranking and personalized discovery. • Drive innovation using LLMs and vector search. • Build and optimize ML pipelines with Spark, Airflow, Kubeflow. • Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor engineering talent.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in CS, EE, math, or related field. • 4+ years experience in applied machine learning. • Proficiency in Python and/or Java. • Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch. • Excellent communication and independent work skills.
