About the role
Support development and production of existing and new Single-Port Accessories for robotic surgery. Solve engineering challenges and improve product performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
What you’ll do
• Drive design efforts for Da Vinci SP Accessories. • Develop mechanical drawings for high volume manufacturing. • Work cross-functionally with engineering and clinical teams. • Perform risk analyses and implement mitigations. • Provide sustaining support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks preferred. • Experience in high volume medical product design. • Strong knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes. • Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem solving. • BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years experience.
