About the role
Responsible for mechanical failure analysis of HDDs for customers in China. Manage failure analysis process, equipment, and documentation.
What you’ll do
• Perform HDD teardown failure analysis for China customers. • Own mechanical failure analysis process and equipment. • Document observations with images and analysis. • Communicate findings and next analysis steps. • Maintain lab equipment and calibration logs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or related Engineering. • 2-5 years experience in HDD or related industry. • Strong written and verbal English skills. • Hands-on lab work with microscopes and precision tools. • Knowledge of HDD and head/disk interface preferred.
