About the role
Lead the strategy and roadmap for the patient experience in a B2B2C healthcare platform. Design consumer-facing experiences that meet enterprise partner and patient needs.
What you’ll do
• Define multi-year vision and roadmap for patient experience. • Map patient journey and identify friction points. • Partner with Engineering and Clinical Operations. • Define AI-driven product requirements and success metrics. • Communicate vision to stakeholders and mentor product managers.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years product management experience. • Experience with consumer B2B2C or white-label products. • Systems thinking across stakeholders and technical layers. • Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
