About the role
Lead the discovery, validation, and launch of Jobber's next generation financial products for small businesses. Own product strategy and execution for new fintech offerings from concept to scale.
What you’ll do
• Take new bets from zero to one with lean validation and pilots. • Lead build-buy-partner decisions with fintech providers. • Ship and scale MVPs, iterate based on feedback. • Partner with cross-functional teams on regulatory and operational needs. • Use insights to prioritize investments and elevate product thinking.
What you’ll bring
• Extensive product management with financial product launch experience. • Experience at staff/principal level influencing strategy. • Deep fintech product knowledge and ecosystem understanding. • Strong product sense and commercial rigor. • Bias for validated learning and customer insight.
