About the role
Lead technical success on the hardest enterprise accounts by defining charters and managing critical relationships. Work closely with customers and engineers to solve complex deployment challenges and influence commercial decisions.
What you’ll do
• Define technical success and write charters for complex accounts. • Decide deployment feasibility and manage stakeholder expectations. • Commit to deliverables and set clear mutual expectations. • Manage executive-level relationships and clear technical gates. • Lead a squad of forward deployed engineers and set standards.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in product management or forward deployed roles. • Experience turning around troubled enterprise accounts. • Enterprise deployment and technical depth. • Credibility with executives on both sides. • Experience in B2B2C and organizational transformation a plus.
