About the role
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Commercial roles including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Act as a strategic talent advisor and manage complex searches independently.
What you’ll do
• Act as strategic talent advisor to Commercial leaders. • Lead intake meetings to define role success and assessment. • Manage hiring managers through process and timelines. • Coach leaders on interviewing and compensation. • Negotiate and close competitive offers.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience. • Experience in agency and in-house recruiting. • Deep experience recruiting Commercial talent. • Fluency with recruiting technology and AI tools. • Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
