About the role
Lead technical direction for SRE organization, build and scale production systems, and improve reliability across engineering. Serve as a hands-on senior individual contributor and technical authority.
What you’ll do
• Define multi-quarter technical strategy for reliability and infrastructure. • Lead design of complex infrastructure systems. • Motivate teams to adopt reliability best practices. • Serve as senior leader during high-severity incidents. • Design and operate AWS cloud infrastructure and AI platform tooling.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years software engineering experience in SRE or related roles. • Proven leadership of multi-team infrastructure initiatives. • Strong coding skills in Golang, Python, or TypeScript. • Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform. • Hands-on with SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and post-mortems.
