About the role
Lead frontend development for Stripe Dashboard's core user interfaces. Mentor engineers and explore AI-powered merchant experiences.
What you’ll do
• Own frontend quality and polish of high-traffic Dashboard pages. • Improve consistency, performance, and polish across Dashboard. • Partner with Design and Product on frontend feasibility and standards. • Advocate for Stripe design system components and patterns. • Prototype AI-powered experiences for merchant interaction.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years building complex user-facing web applications. • Expertise in modern frontend development and UI quality. • Experience improving UI consistency across large products. • Ability to translate design intent into production code. • Experience working across large codebases and high-traffic surfaces.
