About the role
Build and operate Anthropic's deployment platform to enable fast, safe, and predictable software releases. Own design, implementation, and operations of deployment systems across a large fleet.
What you’ll do
• Set technical direction for deployment platform end to end. • Build rollout safety features like progressive delivery and rollback. • Design APIs for engineers and AI agents. • Extend platform to new workloads and runtimes. • Partner with Security for secure production paths.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in backend or systems programming language. • Experience leading distributed systems design and operation. • Experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
