About the role
Design, build, and maintain critical systems controlling user access to Stripe. Develop new permission models and platform features for secure access management.
What you’ll do
• Design and build next-gen IAM primitives for AI-driven experiences. • Develop user-facing permission models and granular access controls. • Architect platform features like Account Groups. • Own and operate mission-critical backend services. • Work across stack from API design to frontend components.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in software development. • High engineering quality and scalable distributed systems experience. • Experience building and operating backend services. • Proficiency in Go, Ruby, Java, or similar. • Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.
