About the role
Lead design and delivery of key capabilities on Toast's Orders platform. Collaborate across teams to build scalable software for high-volume order processing.
What you’ll do
• Lead design and delivery of Orders platform capabilities. • Collaborate with Design, Product, QA, and engineering teams. • Drive architectural decisions for performance and scale. • Provide design feedback and participate in code reviews. • Mentor and guide team members technically.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years with Java or Kotlin. • Experience delivering platform capabilities across teams. • Expertise in mobile and backend distributed systems. • Strong knowledge of automated testing and SDLC. • Experience with REST, GraphQL APIs and production services.
