About the role
Lead technical direction across Product Engineering while staying hands-on with coding. Solve architecture, data, and scaling challenges across squads.
What you’ll do
• Ship features in a squad to stay grounded in code and customer needs. • Set cross-team technical direction and own architecture decisions. • Lead scaling and data problems toward 100 billion risk signals daily. • Raise engineering standards through reviews and mentoring. • Shape roadmap with engineering and product leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years engineering experience in product-driven companies. • Strong TypeScript and React skills. • Proficient in a backend language, preferably Go. • Solid relational database skills with Postgres. • Experience using AI coding tools as default workflow.
