About the role
Lead structural engineering as a product development discipline for ICON's building products. Develop requirements, rulesets, and technical resources for scalable, verifiable, and executable structural systems.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary structural engineering expert for building products. • Develop and maintain structural engineering requirements and standards. • Provide technical support for complex structural questions. • Ensure alignment with structural building codes and testing. • Translate expertise into scalable rulesets and workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. • Licensed Professional Engineer in at least one US jurisdiction. • 12+ years structural engineering experience. • Strong command of ACI, ASCE, TMS design codes. • Proficiency with structural engineering software tools.
