About the role
Own design, execution, and strategic direction of complex programs at group and organizational level. Operate as a technical integrator across multiple domains to align priorities and build scalable execution frameworks.
What you’ll do
• Own group-level and org-level strategic programs. • Design execution frameworks and operating models. • Resolve systemic blockers and drive long-range planning. • Identify architectural risks and align engineering priorities. • Mentor TPMs and contribute to team growth.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years as Technical Program Manager at group/org level. • Experience in fast-paced technical product/platform environment. • Success designing scalable execution frameworks. • Broad technical fluency across systems and architecture. • Bachelor’s degree required.
