About the role
Create documentation and learning content to help users adopt and master Grafana's observability products. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to produce clear, accurate technical content.
What you’ll do
• Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content. • Use AI tools to improve content quality and speed. • Partner with engineers and PMs to gather technical information. • Test documented procedures and flag product gaps. • Manage multiple projects and mentor teammates.
What you’ll bring
• Experience documenting enterprise or developer software. • Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and workflows. • Familiarity with docs-as-code tools like Git and Markdown. • Ability to set up and troubleshoot software independently. • Experience working remotely on distributed teams.
