About the role
Lead technical investigations and develop engineering solutions for vision systems in medical devices. Collaborate across teams to improve product performance and manufacturability throughout the product lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical investigations across design, manufacturing, and field performance. • Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions. • Design and validate engineering solutions to improve product reliability. • Develop manufacturing processes for failure diagnosis and repair. • Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 8 years engineering experience in medical devices or robotics. • Experience with PCA/PCB design and EMC. • Skilled in planning and executing engineering experiments. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
