About the role
The Star Development Coordinator recruits, trains, and onboards competent Jaza Stars for new sites in the expansion pipeline. They ensure recruits are well-trained to manage hubs and meet company goals.
What you’ll do
• Advertise open Jaza Star positions extensively. • Monitor candidate interest and meet interview criteria. • Arrange interviews and training for each expansion site. • Conduct interviews and both classroom and on-site training. • Maintain and update training materials and onboarding documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field. • Experience in rural talent acquisition. • Ability to leverage local networks and job boards. • Skilled in conducting in-person interviews. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
