About the role
Lead and deliver impactful development programmes in Benue State. Manage donor-funded projects, budgets, reporting, and build partnerships with stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Lead planning and implementation of programmes in Benue State. • Develop and maintain programme work plans and schedules. • Coordinate activities on GBV, MHPSS, PFA, governance, disability inclusion. • Monitor programme progress and ensure compliance with donor requirements. • Prepare donor reports and support resource mobilisation efforts.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in NGO/INGO programme management. • Strong grant writing and donor compliance skills. • Ability to build partnerships with government and NGOs. • Knowledge of gender equality and disability inclusion. • BA/BSc/HND qualification.
