About the role
Coordinate and oversee field implementation of a mixed-methods assessment in one of five states. Supervise data collection teams and ensure data quality and compliance with protocols.

• Coordinate community entry and respondent mobilisation. • Provide feedback and guidance to field teams. • Review data daily for quality and consistency. • Supervise field teams and ensure protocol adherence. • Document field incidents and submit progress updates.
What you’ll bring
• Understanding of research ethics and data quality. • Experience with KoboToolbox or ODK. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Experience supervising field data-collection teams.
