About the role
Support daily kitchen operations ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation at Heartists Cafeteria.
What you’ll do
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and storage areas. • Follow HACCP and food safety standards. • Report maintenance and hygiene issues. • Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils and cookware. • Ensure proper waste disposal and clean waste storage.
What you’ll bring
• Good teamwork and communication skills. • Experience as Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher preferred. • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely. • Physically fit and hardworking. • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and HACCP.
