About the role
Lead the showroom and drive sales growth in a premium interior design and home furnishing company. Manage sales, showroom operations, customer experience, and team leadership.
What you’ll do
• Follow up on quotations and close deals. • Build and maintain relationships with premium clients. • Convert leads into paying customers. • Ensure showroom is clean and well-merchandised. • Supervise and motivate sales team.
What you’ll bring
• Strong sales closing and negotiation skills. • Passion for interior design and good taste. • Proficient in MS Excel and POS systems. • 3-5 years as Store Manager or Senior Sales Lead. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
