About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor to complex enterprise customers, maximizing value of HackerOne's platform and advancing security programs. Own strategic relationships and drive customer success strategies for retention and growth.
What you’ll do
• Own strategic direction and success of enterprise customer portfolio. • Use data-driven decisions to improve security outcomes. • Resolve complex customer challenges and escalations. • Guide customers through evolving security priorities. • Apply AI tools to improve customer insights and workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in Customer Success with enterprise customers. • Experience managing complex customer programs. • Technical knowledge of SaaS, cloud, and IT operations. • Use customer data to inform recommendations. • Preferred cybersecurity or bug bounty program experience.
