About the role
Help Enterprise customers deploy and adopt Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. Own customer relationships and ensure successful deployments.
What you’ll do
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers. • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage. • Track implementation progress and account health. • Run training sessions and demonstrate technology. • Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in senior Customer Success or strategic consulting. • Experience with technical products and SaaS preferred. • Strong problem solving and consultative skills. • Proven ability to build trust with executives and users. • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
