About the role

What you’ll do
• Build and manage relationships with case management agencies. • Execute market-specific strategies targeting key stakeholders. • Educate case managers on Abby Care's value proposition. • Drive referral volume to meet growth targets. • Track partner interactions and referral metrics in CRM.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years relationship or business development experience. • Knowledge of Colorado CMA landscape. • Understanding of Medicaid and home-based care. • Consultative approach to relationship building. • Ability to work remotely with travel in Colorado.
