About the role
Lead post-sales technical success for customers deploying large-scale AI and GPU workloads. Act as trusted advisor on GPU clusters, performance tuning, and scaling for AI/ML teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead onboarding for GPU cluster deployments. • Advise on cluster design and GPU configurations. • Support distributed AI/ML frameworks. • Identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations. • Manage technical relationships and incident escalations.
What you’ll bring
• 2–5+ years in AI/ML or technical account roles. • Strong knowledge of GPU architectures and ML frameworks. • Experience with Linux tuning and networking fabrics. • Experience with high-performance storage systems. • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
