About the role
Lead structural design, civil engineering works, and construction supervision for building and estate projects. Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across multiple construction sites.
What you’ll do
• Carry out structural analysis and design of foundations and structural elements. • Review structural drawings and ensure compliance with standards. • Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities. • Coordinate civil engineering works for estate development projects. • Prepare reports and coordinate contractors and consultants.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with high-rise buildings and multi-unit residential developments. • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and foundation engineering. • Professional registration with COREN or eligibility preferred. • Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro. • 8–15 years relevant experience with project coordination.
