About the role
Manage technical product data and submittal packages between pre-construction and operations. Ensure materials meet project specs and receive design approval before procurement.
What you’ll do
• Review project specifications and contract documents. • Assemble comprehensive submittal packages. • Track and follow up on submittal reviews. • Distribute approved submittals internally. • Assist in compiling project closeout documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years in construction administration or related field. • Ability to read construction specifications Division 7 and 8. • Familiarity with construction management software like Procore. • High attention to detail and strong communication skills. • Dedicated home office with reliable internet and backup power.
